military diet - The tough Diet

" Tough diet for 3 days " or possible to call it " the military diet , " is a short - term plan that many people have found great success.


Yes , I tried to follow the this accursed cruel , I've lost 5 kg in just two days . And also two of my friends have lost 3 to 4 kilometers in just two days . Then, after some time has passed, I began to realize that weakness and vibration may be just sugar and / or caffeine withdrawal . So, I 'm now doing it again, but do not plan to add any more results until I reached my goal (or at least close to it ). At this point , I probably just write up my results in the form of my personal success story !


The first day 's " Diet tough " :
Breakfast - 1 / 2 grape juice , 1 slice of toast , 2 tablespoons of peanut butter , and coffee or tea
Lunch - 1/2 cup of tuna , 1 slice of toast , and coffee or tea ( any drink as long as they contain caffeine it)
Dinner - 3 ounces of any kind of meat , 1 cup of green beans , 1/2 banana , 1 small apple , 1 cup of vanilla ice cream ( Ammmmma ) !
The second day of " Diet tough " :
Breakfast - 1 egg, 1 slice of toast , and 1/2 banana
Lunch - 1 cup of the cheese ( or 1 slice of cheddar cheese ) , 1 hard-boiled egg , and 5 beads in silence Shahi .
Dinner - 2 Hot Dogs or half a can of tuna , 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup of carrots , 1/2 banana , 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream

The third day of " Diet tough " :
Breakfast - 5 beads Shahi cookies , 1 slice of cheddar cheese, and 1 small apple
Lunch 1 hard-boiled egg , and 1 slice of toast
Dinner - 1 cup of tuna , 1/2 banana , and 1 cup of vanilla ice cream

Tips:
This harsh Dieting works on chemical breakdown and is proven . Do not vary or replace any of the above foods . Salt and pepper can be used , but do not use any other seasoning . To use diet for three days at a time.
In three days you should lose up to 5 kg , at least. After three days of dieting , you can eat your normal foods , but do not over do it . After four days of normal eating , you may begin again on the diet for 3 days again. You can lose up to 40 pounds a month if you follow this diet specifically.
This is a tough diet is safe and can be used by many individuals and different body types . Advised to exercise.
Remember: do not eat / snack between any of the meals!
Note: coffee or tea for the first two meals of only 1 day . Only water since then. The amount of water is always limited at any time. ( Within reason , of course , do not make yourself throw up) .
